Privacy Policy

Raghukula Productions LLP ("Raghukula", "we", "us"), India, operates raghukula.tv. This notice explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and encrypted authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Payment data — order references, plan, amount and payment status. Card details are entered only on the payment gateway's secure page; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Viewing preferences stored on your device — profile name, My List and watch progress are stored in your browser (localStorage).
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser) collected by our hosting provider to keep the Service secure.

Why we use it

To provide and improve the Service, activate and manage memberships, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations (including GST invoicing). We collect data only with your consent or where necessary to provide the Service, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it

We do not sell personal data. Trusted processors acting on our behalf: HDFC Bank SmartGateway (Juspay) — payment processing; Supabase — account authentication and membership records; Netlify — website hosting; Bunny.net — video streaming delivery.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate a representative, or raise a grievance. Write to support@raghukula.tv.

Retention & children

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax records). The Service is not directed at children under 18 without a guardian's consent.
