Raghukula (raghukula.tv) is a 100% digital streaming service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

How your purchase is delivered

• Access to the service is delivered electronically and instantly: as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, your membership is activated on your Raghukula account.
• You can immediately sign in at raghukula.tv (or in the Raghukula app installed from our website) on up to 3 devices and stream all released titles included in your plan.
• No shipping charges, courier or physical delivery of any kind applies.

If access is not activated

If your payment succeeds but your membership does not activate within 30 minutes, contact support@raghukula.tv (or call +91 95356 89142) with your order number — we will activate access or refund the payment in full.
